Submission Release Agreement

By submitting your screenplay ("Submission") to Simply Film Productions ("Company"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Voluntary Submission: You acknowledge that you are voluntarily submitting your screenplay to the Company without any obligation on the part of the Company to read, review, or consider the Submission.

2. No Confidential Relationship: You understand and agree that no confidential relationship is established between you and the Company by submitting your screenplay. The Company has no obligation to keep your Submission confidential.

3. Originality and Ownership: You represent and warrant that the screenplay submitted is your original work, that you are the sole owner of all rights to the Submission, and that the Submission does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any third party.

4. Non-Exclusive Consideration: You understand that the Company may have access to, may receive, or may have independently developed materials similar or identical to your Submission. You agree that the Company’s consideration of your Submission is not an admission of the novelty, propriety, or originality of the Submission, and does not limit the Company's right to develop, create, acquire, distribute, or otherwise make use of similar or identical material, now or in the future, without any obligation to you.

5. No Compensation: You understand that you will not be entitled to any compensation as a result of the Company’s consideration, use, or review of your Submission unless a separate written agreement providing for such compensation is signed by both you and the Company.

6. Waiver of Claims: You hereby release and discharge the Company, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that you may have based on or relating to the Submission, including but not limited to claims of infringement, breach of implied contract, or breach of confidentiality.

7. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding the Submission and supersedes any prior agreements or discussions, oral or written.

By submitting your screenplay or material you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Submission Release Agreement.
